The conference will be held in Hotel Costa da Caparica, in the village of Costa da Caparica, about 15 Km south of Lisbon.
The hotel is located in front of the beach and as June is already high season you might consider spending a few extra days !

As the month of June is the beginning of the high season, YOU ARE
STRONGLY ADVISED to make your reservations well in advance.
Please note: 1 US $ is aprox. 150 PTE (PorTuguese Escudo).
If you are not a EU-citizen, please check if you need a VISA to
enter PORTUGAL. In the case that you need the VISA, please apply
for it well in advance. Due to the new EU regulations regarding
its external borders, to receive a VISA from Portugese authorities
may take a long time and sometimes involve a complex process. In
case the Embassy requires an invitation letter from Portugal, please
let us know as soon as possible.
Further information will be sent later. In any case we can recommend you to
plan a few days or weeks for holidays in Portugal. You will enjoy it !
