How to get SIP toolkit

After analysing the information now available in this web server, if you are still interested in using SIP, please send a letter to Prof. Adolfo Steiger Garção, requesting it. Please in your letter clearly include the following information:

Your identification;
Your work team identification;
Your organisation identification;
Make a short description of your work;
Describe the use you propose to do with SIP;
Use in your letter the complete name of SIP (STEP-Based Integration Platform);
Do not forget to compromise yourself to use SIP, only in non-commercial application.
